The company is a firm which is engaged in growing of cereals and other crops. It was incorporated in February of 1986 and conducts business from its registered head office located in Cassà de la Selva, Spain. The company is primarily involved in the following activities: growing of crops, such as tobacco, vegetables and fruits, potatoes, chicory roots, roots and tubers with a high starch or inulin content, cotton, sugarcane, hay, sugar beets, peanuts, agave, herbs and spices, and hay and grass seeds; and gathering tea or maple sap. In addition, the company is engaged in growing of grains, such as rice, wheat, oats, barley, and unpolished rice.
